Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your items (s) to the curb at the end of your driveway, at a cost to be agreed upon with EXPAT MOVERS, at the time of export.

This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packing materials.

It is typically designed for self-paid moves for our Client personal effects shipped from Singapore as LCL or Air shipments bound for USA, Canada and Europe.

1. Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal.

2. After succesfull Customs permit approval, the delivery terminal will call you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Deliveries are usually made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window. Waiting time and or cancellation fee might be charged if you are not available at the agreed time.

3. Your items will be delivered on a lift gate truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery driver, but not delivered inside your house.

4. Upon delivery please inspect your items(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Any damage identified should be written on the delivery note, and confirmed by registered mail within 72 hours of delivery to the delivery agent.

5. A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt. . Please note , if you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck we will be unable to complete the delivery.
